Welcome to LUMINANCE PROJECT

Meeta Pandit and Heiko Dijker present ‘Luminance,’ a world class production of the most beautiful Indian songs, spirited Jazz melodies and deep electronica. The album has some of the hippest sound-design and will be out on EMI-Virgin this November, including a release tour. The songs have components of pop, world, lounge, new-age and dance music, and incorporate it with their trademark of classical Indian music in them.
This is the first time Meeta Pandit presents her enchanting voice outside of the classical domain, reaching out to a world-wide audience. Dutch tabla-player+producer Heiko Dijker has combined his sophistication of production, arrangements and many years of Tabla-training into this ground-breaking project.

They teamed up with charismatic Sax & Flute player Praful, a German who with his music ignites you to dance and abandon. Praful is world famous for his number 1 radio hit ‘Sigh.’ Equally known in the pop-, jazz - and world music scene is Dutch guitarist Ed Verhoeff, whose versatility and personal expressive sound have brought him all over the globe playing with some of the greatest musicians.
